DVD Burners & Hard Drives for Prestige

Hi, Been a while. Just need update are Western Digital Drives still not compatable w/Presitge? Also, DVD burner in Prestige starting to act strange. Sometimes not being able to complete a burn. System doesn't give reason just says "cant complete the burn". Need cleaning? Bad Media? Bad add film? Don't know. If it's the burner are there any burners compatable with the older system? Any suggestions helpful.Thanx, Bill R
