HD Backup Bogart with older OS to New OS

Post by ParisFox1 »

When Bogart SE 3 comes out I was planning on backing up my entire hard drive that currently has Bogart 2.4c, wiping the drive clean and doing a full destructive install of Bogart 3. Can I then, in Bogart 3, import my backup and edit again in the new operating system? I have never tried this. I didn't want to lose anything.

Hi

All your older projects will be fine with the newer OS I am on 3.2a and it works.

Thank you very much Jeanton! You have given me peace of mind. Will this also work if you go from an S-4000 PRO to an S-4100?

This is not an issue because it is still a Cassablanca Bogart machine.

Yes, it backs up all your projects, but not the OS so would not be a problem.
My mom always told me that happiness was the key to life.
At school they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up.
I said “happy" and they told me I didn’t understand the question.
I told them they didn’t understand life.
