pics in USB to Solitaire

Post by LexDimitui »

I have a Solitaire SE 9.1
could someone give me some info on how to transfer pics from a USB (cruzer) into my Solitaire?

I've just upgraded to SE-9.1

Thanks

most of the time a solitare will not recognize anything other than a PNY or a Kingston flash drive sorry. You will probably have to download to a PC then make a CD or a PNY or Kingston drive.

if you have a flash drive your solitare recognizes go into Photo Studio 2 and click top says import if CD/DVD come up rt click and it should say your flash drive. pics should then import then click get photos and green squares will appear on them. Then click out and go into edit and pics should appear. I also believe there is a tutorial on Chets website if not in the public it would be in the members which is more valuable then the price you pay to join... HTH

Hi,

Photo Studio is a solution, but there's another one, less expensive: just use photo transfer (and carddrives option)...it always worked well when I was running SmartEdit.
Regarding the USB keys or carddrives compatibility, I have to say that I never experienced troubles with various brands...but maybe it was only in Pal Land...

Cheers.

Whether you use Photo Transfer or PhotoStudio for SmartEdit machines you will also need Card drive software.
