16:9 tv

I have solitares and S4000pros. I am trying to edit on my solitare in 16:9 using duel monitor vga 1024 and screen tw0 video 16:9 when I import it only shows 4:3. With my S4000 import with duel monitor it shows 16:9 I must be doing something wrong. How can I get my monitor to show 16:9 with solitare? Thanks....
