What blank are you using Franklin?

I originally got some hub printable blanks that got great reviews (for PC use) that do that and I have not been able to use, but both Verbatim and Ridata have worked fine for me.

Well, I got mine online, but the Verbatim worked fine for me.

I also have the 202, but I am on Bogart 3 and frankly prefer Arabesk 4.6 to 4.9, but not saying that is the issue.

Not sure what to suggest, Blu-ray is pretty cutting edge still on our machines so not many are using it to compile the learn from mistakes method. ;)

You tried more than one blank, correct?

Are you using one monitor mode or two?

I have reluctantly switched back to using one monitor mode as so many weird issues still seem to be linked to two monitor mode.

I am using one monitor(sony 27 inch,great picture),and before I go to bogart 3 I decided to
install 4.9, let me go back to 4.6 to see any better results.
Yes I try 3 more and, NO WAY JOSE !!! S-PRO eject my BR DISC...

Thanks Franklin !!

Are you using the correct authoring mode? I produce AVCHD(DVD) when I burn HD to a DVD. If you look at Authoring Mode in the menu you have ;

DVD Video
AVCHD
AVCHD(DVD)

As I understand it if you use BlueRay disc you need to compile in AVCHD this has a higher data rate than AVCHD(DVD)

Just to check with others. Am I right?

Cheers Alan

"As I understand it if you use BlueRay disc you need to compile in AVCHD this has a higher data rate than AVCHD(DVD)"

Incorrect. The AVCHD setting in ARABESK will produce a DATA DISC on Blu-ray or even DVD-+ thus not compatible with many Blu-ray players. This is the same DATA DISC than is produced on the BOGART ARCHIVE side.

Yes...try 4.6. Just keep in mind, that the EJECT button icon in ARABESK does not function in 4.6. Simply, close-out ARABESK and manually EJECT the disc via the front hardware button.

I recall that Jim Meeker (I think) had a problem similiar to yours, some time back, where the tray kept "popping-out" even when a disc was placed within the burner.

My Blu-Ray burner won't burn onto my Verbatim discs either and it will ONLY accept a re-writable disc which I then have to copy over to a standard disc.
