Can anyone help?

I have burned a dvd and I am tryimg to upload it to mation box or u-tube. I have tried it 4 times now and each time it uploads 2:07 of it which is the very last of the clip. The clip is 30 minutes long. I have pu it in my PC and It is 30 minutes long. I have the motion box uploader so I just drag it to the box and it uploads it. Every time I have done it it takes about 30 minutes and it only uploads the last 2 minutes or so. It should take several hours for 30 minutes. When it is in the Video-TS window I double click on it and the whole clip is there. When I drag that same Icon to the motion box uploader it only uploads the last 2 minutes of it. Has anyone exoerienced this problem before? I am scatching my head. By the way the file is a MPEG. Thanks Bob...
