I have 600 clips on the storyboard and want to put a crossfade between each. Is there a fast way?

Yes, using Power Key. Power key is one of the best add-ons there is for Cassies. 8-)

I have the power key option active but where do you find help on how to use it?

Go here and scroll down to "Power Key" and down load the instructions.

The instructions for adding multiple cross fades to the story board is very easy. You need these instructions anyway to use the many great short cuts that will save a huge amount of time.

Pressing and holding the F2 key on the top row of your keyboard will display the active keyboard correlations and combinations in each screen.

Here is a simple way w/o powerkey:

.Open the transition to CROSSFADE

.No need to Set the time for the transition at this point.

.In the lower right look for "OPT."

.AUTO-ADD prompt will appear.

.IMPORTANT-CHECK-OFF the transition with a check mark and the MODE should be set as continuous. Set length of the transition in the same menu.

.OK....ADD......all of your scenes will have the crossfade for the time assigned.

NOTE: OPT setting.....You can also DELETE ALL TRANSITIONS as a group using the same method if you decide to use another transition for your scenes plus you can also mix and match different transitions as continuous and/or random.

Hope this helps.
