Titles causing my S 4100 ti crash !

I seem to have a problem. I've been working on a video ( HDV footage ) and everything was going fine until recently. Now every time I try to insert a title, primarily over black video, and create it, I get a red box that says " adding page " ( or whichever title function you pick ) has caused an unrecoverable problem. I've never had this problem before. I'm using Bogart 3.2c and did a clean install. Only 11% of the drive is used. WTF ?

And it previews just fine, but won't create the title even from the finish screen, or in the titler.

The exact thing happened to me a few times on my S-4100. Go to the install product menu and "delete" the title FX packs then -Re-activate them. One other option that has worked is to "delete" the page box you are working on then re-add your titles and that will "loosen" the glitch usually. Keep us informed.
