PAL land always seems to have differences from the NTSC models. ALSO......the NTSC models and softwares are tested for a longer period of time because of the variations between PAL and NTSC......so I am told.

Hi Franklin,
a member of a German Casablanca Forum has purchased the S-6000
and there is also a video.
Sorry it's in German but nevertheless have a look if you like

In Germany they have just started a trade in offer confined to Germany & Austria, haven't seen any promotion for the UK and FWIW i think the S3000 is the better value, can not see any use for the built in screen on the S6000 just a gizmoo but i could be wrong

The 3000 only had a 500G HD...compared to a 2T HD in the 6000.
The 3000 has a Blu-ray player as an option. Included in the 6000
Pro Pack is an option in the 3000. Included in the 6000.
The TFT screen is an option in the 3000. Included in the 6000.
E6300 Intel chip in the 3000. Faster processor in the 6000 E8600.
If the options are added, probably the 6000 is the way to go in my opinion. Especially for the new larger HD files.
