Digital transfer

I'm being given a large .MOV file, on an external hard drive...I need to
get it into the Kron....Windows Movie Maker doesn't accept . MOV
files....I need to figure a way to get the .MOV files into the KRON
without losing quality....

As you may know Larry - .MOV is a QuickTime file. You can install the Quick-time Player on your Windows PC, and then (depending on your computer configuration) maybe can play out to a DV deck and then feed that into your Kron.
