bogart and arabesk

Did I read in the latest Casablanca news release that you should NOT activate Arabesk if using the Bogart operating system?
No Bill, it said don't activate any of the Arabesk 1, 2 or 3 versions.
In other words, only use an Arabesk 4 version with Bogart.
