Interlaced to Progressive
If the camera output is 16x9 interlaced via firewire and I set my Solitaire in the record window to "16:9 Progressive" does my Cassie convert the interlaced to progressive while it is uploading the footage?

Re: Interlaced to Progressive
Hello Ron,
No - the Progressive setting will not make your footage progressive, but rather will ensure that anything the Casablanca adds (transitions, titles, effects) will be progressive and not interlace. Website members can read more about that here: http://www.casablancaexpert.com/articles/20090411
If you're wanting to make your Interlace footage Progressive, you should use 'Movie Mode' found under Special in the Edit menu.Details & tutorial here: http://www.casablancaexpert.com/articles/20091020
Regards,
Chet
