DVD Arabesk, quality when adding film

I am now going to make some Blu-ray discs. In the menu: Adding film, I began to speculate of the difference between the image quality of the settings: Fast, Normal and Good. Translated into my own language, norwegian, I know what each of the words means, but I'm not sure how they are ment here. I suppose that Good is the best, then Normal (most used ?), and then Fast
By the way, the Blu-ray disc takes 25MB on a single side. How many minutes does that mean on the settings Fast, Normal and Good?

I will "cut to the chase": GOOD mode makes it compatabile with all those Blu-ray players that accept ARABESK discs. Whereas "NORMAL" may stutter in PlayStation3 at times. However, this does not occur in 4.6 ARABESK as there is no issue. GOOD mode is time intensive in regards to rendering in ARABESK because the software makes TWO PASSES to verify and check the bit rate, preventing increased bit rates that are NOT read by some Blu-ray players.
Blu-ray disc is 25 Gb not 25Mb. Math, depending on motion: ARABESK=17 MBps (per second).......into 25 Gigs on a Blu-ray.

OK Lou, I'm confused. The Blu Rays I've burned recently looked excellent in both " Good " and " Normal ". Which is the highest bit rate / best picture quality ? Which is the most compatible with BR Players? Is it -
Fast - lowest bitrate, most compatible, lowest picture quality.
Normal - higher bitrate, less compatible, better picture quality.
Good - highest bitrate, less compatible still, best picture quality ???

Fast - lowest bitrate, most compatible, lowest picture quality. NOPE-17 Mps....less compatible-less correction
Normal - higher bitrate, less compatible, better picture quality. Variable bitrate-confuses PS3 at times-quality is excellent-normal correction
Good - highest bitrate, less compatible still, best picture quality ??? NOPE Constant 17 bitrate-picture quality excellent-multiple correction paths-longer rendering.
Those with PS3 can actually watch the bitrate via the display button.
