We are creating short video clips on Sony Vegas, then render the project onto a USB flash drive.
When we import the video from the USB drive, the S3000 says "slow scaling required" which causes the audio and video track to be out of sync. Is there a work around or setting to prevent this?

Re: Slow scaling required
Place the importation in the proper format size of the PROJECT window. If you mix, let's say, a 1920X720P into a 1920X1080i, slow scaling will appear because it has to scale the format either UP or DOWN.
