I would like to buy the Panasonic TM700 camera for the purpose of shooting 60p slow motion footage and edit this footage with my S-4000 PRO.
Will I have any editing issues and if so what are they? I think this camera will suit my purposes, but I will mostly use it for 60p slow motion.
I have the latest Bogart 3 software.
Thank you for your advice!!

Hi Paris,
My experience shooting 60p and then using Twixtor in my S-4100 is not very good... the slow mo is far from perfect. You must shoot Interlace to get full advantage of the software for now
I hope MS can solve this issue as it does limit us. I have seen amazing 60p stuff on Vimeo using other platforms & using Twixtor ???

Hi SYLRENAUD,
Thank you much for your excellent response. I have been having lots of issues with Twixtor. I never use it. Since the TM700 shoots 60p which in itself is slow motion when placed on a 30p storyboard within Bogart. I was wondering after shooting 60p and then trying to upload it into Bogart, is 60p even supported and have your results been favorable? I saw some MTS raw footage shot in 60p from this camera and it nearly made me weep, meaning, the footage is exactly what I look for in slow motion glory.
Thank you for your help!!
SYLRENAUD,
Would you mind shooting some 60p footage and uploading it and seeing if in fact the slow motion stays as glorious as I have seen on vimeo?

Keep in mind 60p is not part of the AVCHD specification. I tried it with my own TM700 and S4000pro. To expect MS to cater for 60p, an out of spec format I guess may be asking to much.
Alan.

Do you want the setting at 720P @60P?
