What is/are your editing challenges

Whether or not you are a website members, I would love to hear from you -- what is or has been one of your most daunting 'real world editing challenges' ... and I don't mean the mother of the bride... or software development, but a problem or challenge presented to you in the course of an editing project. I have several situations I will already be addressing in the lesson this Thursday but could use a couple more.
