I am looking to convert 16:9 to 4:3. I am told there is a thing called CINECONVERTER but I cant find it.
All I can find is Panara zoom which goes fro 4:3 to 16:9 or letterbox to 16:9

Cine-converter is part of Effects Pack 8.
