If you have HD files already in the unit will the upgrade to Bogart 4 help with audio and frame problems or do you have to reload the footage?

UPDATE will always carry over prior issues. Always do a FULL INSTALL, as per Boulder. You will have to then re-import. Howver, you can save to an external drive as a HD backup. But, to play it safe, use the original files.
