Getting High Definition video into a Prestige

I currently own a Prestige and have been shooting on a 3 chip Sony Mini DV camcorder for years. I've been looking at the Canon HF-S20 which is high def, flash capture, has a mic in jack, headphone jack, LANC jack for remote zoom, manual white balance, manual iris, etc. It's outputs are component video (HD), composite (yuk) and HDMI (HD), USB and removable flash cards.

As most of you know, the Prestige only has composite video, S-Video and DV inputs. Is there a way to get hi def footage from this newer camcorder into the Prestige? The camera is here:

It's not a "pro" camera, but it more along the lines of what I'm needing / wanting to use at this point.

Thanks.

Save your money. No way to get HD into the Prestige with any HF/HS series Canon cameras(USB/FLASH)...............BUT..............................................look at the Canon HV40. This is the LAST of the tape cameras by CANON. You can use your firewire to import HD, provided you have the version of Smart Edit to do so. The HD process will be REAL slow. However, you can also downconvert from the CANON HV40 to a SD project and archive the original tape in HD. How 'cool' is that? :-)
