Maybe some tips/tricks/suggestions here. Just got my s-6000, and after reading my brochures decided to mess with it a little. Put some color scenes in the storyboard of project one, and did some transitions, titling, bluebox-everytime I used a moving transition, the machine crashed; bluebox crashed; titling crashed. The project is in HD and the settings are in HD. My dealer said it might be necessary to remove all software and then re-enter it? Called the support line for MacroSystems and have not received a reply as yet-This cannot be typical-any suggestions?

There will be a fix very, very, shortly for the BlueBox and Candy Factory issue for BOGART.

In the meantime, go to the INSTALL product area and HIDE BOGART 4. You will then see a BOGART 3 version. Use your BlueBox World and render the scene. NOW....go back to the INSTALL PRODUCT area and bring back/display BOGART 4. It is NOT necessary to REMOVE all of the software as your dealer suggested.
