anyone using a Canon HF M32?

I'm close to purchasing this flash drive camcorder for my S2000. It will record in 30p which is MS supported (but converted from 60i which raises a support Q). It will also record in AVCHD and recommends its highest AVCHD bit rate of 24Mbps - is THAT supported by 3rd gen MS editors?? (17, 12, and 5 Mbps is also available in AVCHD mode.) With my frustration with a Panasonic 60p and AVCHD cam not compatible with my S2000 I need this cam to be absolutely compatible before purchasing it. thanks!

The camera will work fine. ALL Canon Codecs work fine.
The problem with some AVCHD files are those made for 3D. There is a special coding called MVC added to the container. This is called Multi-view-coding. This MAY have been the problem with the Panasonic???

thanks, Lou, for staying with me on this compatibility "journey". You could be right on the Panasonic bc it is "3D ready". Last issue before buying this Canon - I've read that re its recommended use of the highest AVCHD bit rate (24Mbps for best picture): that is supported only on Bogart V4.1. Can you confirm that? I have Bogart V3.2c. If true, I assume using AVCHD at 17Mbps would work with 3.2? It does seem selecting a compatible cam for our MS machines in 2011 has become more challenging - what with 3D, 60p, no more tapes, etc. agree? Your kind assistance is even more valuable now! thanks very much!
