Bogart 4 export problem

I am having issues exporting a scene from the edit screen using Bogart 4.1c on my S2000. I have switched thumb drives (now Lexar) to no avail. The video displays and export's to the thumb drive but when I check the thumb drive only a fraction of the entire file is there. I have repeated this several times trying to switch to an empty project etc... Any help would be appreciated...

#1 what is the size and format of the project?
#2 what is the size of the thumb drive?
This info is needed before any useful comments can be given.

I am using a 16gb thumbdrive and the project is 35 minutes long. HD 1440x1080i. 16gb should be large enough for a 35 minute AVI file right?

I'm not sure. A 25 gb blu-ray will hold 2 hours of HD but is compressed. A 35 min. 1440 X 1080 .avi is a lot of data. I have little experience in using high def storage. Hopefully others with more experience will chime in here. But it certainly raises a red flag. Until then, you could copy a smaller portion of your file to another project and see if exports OK. If so, it may be a size or format issue rather than a thumb drive issue. There are a lot of variables that could be at play.

I agree. I am experimenting with shorter lengths now. I sure hope there is a way to do this as this feature was a big reason I upgraded the OS...

I have been able to export HD projects with lengths up to 10 minutes. Anything longer and the S2000 simply stops writing to the Thumb drive. The progress bar and preview continue as if it is still exporting but it isn't.
