Always go BACK to the INTERNAL drive-Store N' Share. At times-not ALL the time, if you power-down from Store N' Share, the unit will hang-up and the hour glass will be displayed until you manually close down the unit. Then, you must wait awhile before powering up again to the internal HD. ALways power off the connected external drive before bootin up again.

100% correct. I never have an external device powered-up upon boot-up. Also, Store N' Share uses an external drive and it is best to close-out Store N' Share and GO BACK to the INTERNAL drive before powering down. I even shut-off the external Store N' Share drive before powering down to play it safe upon the next boot-up of the system. Galileo will require the same sequence when released.
