Can you hang loose for awhile for the new SL-1000? It will not be expensive and you can purchase different packagers. It will be affordable with Blu-ray and Bogart.
No release date as of yet.

Hi Bob
Be prepared it is going to be a lot slower and frustrating for you going.
If you are using Quadcam it doesn't work in HD and some more programs
who work perfectly in DV.
Get a 2000 if he pays for it so why not.
