doing a Birdy Tips and Tricks exercise
I am doing an exercise from the 2nd DVD, attempting the PIP transition between the two scenes on the storyboard. Attempted to stretch the time out to 50 seconds TWICE, but the time adjustment wouldn't take, and stay to what I had adjusted it to. Also, the box on the right usually says "start PIP" but doesn't show that at all. Working in SE 9.1, here. Any ideas as to how to get that time adjustment to stick? Thaanks! Working on a Renomee +, BTW.

Bother scenes on the storyboard are 50 sec. right? The length in the transition box in the upper left is set to 50 sec. right? If all yes, I don't know.

The time setting for the transitions between the two scenes would not stay at the desired setting. It kept going back to 1 second.

Jim,
First - just want to ensure the effect has been added to the Storyboard (not just selected in the Effects List, but the icon appears in the SB)
If that's already done - my bet would be either that one of the two scenes was only 1-second long, or there is already a transition encroaching into one of the two scenes that only leaves 1-second for this new transition... either of the cause?
Regards,
Chet
