Problems since upgrading to 4.1c

I recently upgraded my S4000 Pro to 4.1c and have been having some issues. The first is I no longer have any audio while trimming film clips, along with no more 3 second preview in trim. Im hoping this is just a setting that needs to be turned on and not a "new feature". Without the ability to have this, I am spinning my wheels here. Any ideas?

I also have been having issues with the machine crashing while downloading since the upgrade. The crash occurs when I hit the record button. After rebooting it usually works until the next time. Today I recorded 46 short 10 second scenes and the system crashed about 7 times.

Thanks in advance for any input!

You probably have the audio scrub switched off. In trim there is a button at the top left of the control box, with a speaker symbol, just click this and your audio scrub will be back.

Having the scrub off can sometimes be useful, if you do not want the auto repeat of the last few frames and trimming to audio is not required.

By the way, this has always been a function of the scrub.

I did not have a good experience with 4.1c at all with my S4K Pro. Not enough time to list. HOWEVER, when I upgraded to 4.1g everything began to work as advertised. :D :D Would recommend a full destructive install of 4.1g ASAP.

Problem solved! I needed a install code for Pro Pack V 4.0 that didnt come with the new software. The nice folks at Macrosystem helped me out & now I am back in business!!
