you-tube 16.9 on SD ?

Is it possible to burn a SD 16.9 DVD from the S4000 and up load it to utube using the wide 16.9 screen. Is there a way to utilize the whole screen in SD mode on utube ?

I move lots of videos from my Bogart editor and upload to YouTube, Vimeo, etc but do not burn to DVD. I use either the Export Video option (new in Bogart V4) or use the Archives and then Media Manager to export the file to USB flash drive, pop that in my computer and upload to YouTube.
