what's up with this?
I took my Ren+ to be sent in by the 12/31 deadline, but the factory went on Christmas Break, apparently beginning 12/20, denying the possiblility of getting the machine under the deadline for the trade in allowance. Is the factory going to honor efforts made after the 20th? If they really meant to shut down on the 20th, then they should have said that that was the deadline, not the 31st.

You must have the shipping receipts and some correspondence from MacroSystem about the repair. Make sure the dealer you will be making the trade-in with is aware of the situation, the sooner the better.

This was a trade-in, Ren + for an S6000. Dealer tried to get an RMA #, and couldn't- and won't till after the deadline! What's up with that?

Factory called me last week. If the dealer got the RMA request in during 2011, then the trade would be honored, so it will be! The office had to have the request sittin in their fax machine tray within the year, then they would crank out the paperwork, and the deal will happen!
