See if there is a DVD in the trey. I have had that problem. I had to open my trey with the key that came with the unit and then I restarted the S-6000. Good luck.

Hey Steve !!! no the DVD trey was empty,I try an UPDATE and the only way to open
the trey was manual, no way to open with the keyboard, after the S-6000 recognize
the DVD(4.1g),for UPDATE or full install, nothing happen, only MACROSYSTEM logo
full BLUE BAR,and the blue light blinking.

Any more suggestion?... yes I unplugged the s-6000 over night and nothing connected.

Thanks Franklin

I don't know anything about the 6000, but this isn't a monitor issue is it Franklin?

You have tried S-Video monitor, VGA monitor?

Try temporarily hooking it up to an old S-Video input monitor and/or a VGA monitor to see if it's jumped to one of those settings.

If you get a picture, just switch it back to HDMI and get back to work.

Bruno !!! when the s-6000 is booting I see all the normal information from
linux and all the bla, bla, bla, before the system comes to BOGART,I think if
the video card is DAMAGE this wont be possible to see this on my monitor !

I am right or confuse :?:

Thanks..Franklin

ps- I talk to Boulder they are waiting for Germany with this case, they never
see this before in the S-6000. :o
