Casablanca Unit: S2000 with all software. I also have a Prestige that I used on my film transfer station. I have B4W loaded on a laptop. I have a S4000 Pro that I am going to trade in for a discount on software for my B4W setup. I even have my first Cassie, the AVIO that I am going to hook up. Not sure what I will use it for but I want to see it run again.

Swapping drives on Prestige

Post by MikeMattke »

I just bought a Prestige and it came with a second drive. The connector on the back looks nothing like the one on the original drive It has a handle but I have no clue how to insert the second drive.

This sounds very confusing as Prestige caddies do not have a handle. Are you sure this is not a Classic hard drive or one from a removable hard drive kit?

This is what a Prestige caddie looks like and should have keys to release it. Image

Your description sounds like the 2nd hd with the handle is for an original Cassie. Not interchangeable with Prestige.
