They need a line for your Skype name nowadays. They have other systems mentioned, and its obvious they haven't updated the panel since they first intro'd it, whenever that was. As it is, don't know where I'd post a Skype name in there.

Well for the lack of a better place, you could put your skype name in your signature box.
Click on;
User Control Panel
Profile
Edit Signature
And put your skype name there along with whatever else you want in your signature.
