Audio-Video Offset w/ BluRay DVD

Problem I am running into is the audio is not in sync with the video on finished Blu Ray DVD. Also, it is choppy and just out of whack for lack of a better description. However, I do NOT think it's an issue with the authoring b/c the disc plays perfectly fine on another of my Blu Ray players. So it seems as though it should simply be a settings issue within the DVD player where it doesn't work. But I have gone thru all the menus and tried a lot of things with no success. Rather than burning a DVD with separate scenes on the storyboard, I was going to try to just have one scene chunk on the storyboard and see if that resolves the audio issue. If it fixes it, great, but then what happens when the next Arabesk software is released and I want to segment the exported product into individual chapters? The frustrating thing is I don't understand why it works with one DVD player and not the other. And the one it does not work properly on has the latest firmware on it and all network updates done and is a pretty good BluRay player (Sony 400 disc jukebox). No idea what to do. It had no issues playing discs when I just burned regular (non Blu Ray) DVDs.

Any two cents that may be useful would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you using DVD disks or Blu Ray disks?

I got an Arabesk burned Blu Ray to play on a Sony Blu Ray player that didn't want to play by putting the disk in, then hitting fast forward for a second, then hitting play. Give that a try.
