MEDIA MANAGER? be aware

Hello friends, after a week editing several projects on my internal hard drive in the s-6000, decide to enter to MEDIA MANAGER to find some songs from my USB memory when trying to copy the file of music, and MEDIA MANAGER crash, after that I clicked to Bogart, the operating system attempts to enter the internal hard drive, but it was not possible, this is the third time that happens to me, I recognize that I don't bACK UP, because this is new hard drive installed 2 weeks ago, with only 35% occupied, in conclusion it was not internal hard drive was MEDIA MANAGER fault of my depressing situation.
I take once again to express my disappointment with the beta test from Germany, maybe they are not interested in this part of the world that is America, or just test STAFF are not trained enough to not discover this great BOGART error(and many more), and the truth is it's very frustrating and depressing when that happens, MS U.S. has nothing to blame in this case, every time I call (I am ashamed), they help me as much as possible.
Whoever new owners of MS your products are not getting better and I fell your company is not doing nothing to resolved many many bugs in your EDITORS, I can only reinstall everything again and start from scratch all that was done in weeks ..
Good luck those who enter to MEDIA MANAGER...
Franklin
ps-sorry my spelling english

Franklin,
This in not normal at all. You have had a ton of issues with the S-6000. I am not aware of anyone else with the type of issues your experiencing. If this continues to happen, you may have a lemon on your hands & I would ask Macrosystem US to consider replacing you entire unit.

Hey Joel maybe you are right I should call and try to get a new S-6000 but after a year and 3 months with this unit, wont be fare to tell then
to replace my s-6000,remember maybe only a few people have the s-6000 in USA or America yes only a few, maybe since I used
every day, at least 10 hours a day, this situation only happens to me
,and they are many more that I dont report because I learn
how to live whit those bugs.
Yes there is no perfect system for edit, but the only way to let then know there is something that is not
working good, like MEDIA MANAGER (not always ) and Bogart, is posting here. After my experience I will do a PRAYER next time I decided
to use MEDIA MANAGER....

Franklin,
This has never happened to me one time in regard to switching back & forth from Bogart to Media Manager on my S-4100.
I know the S-6000 is a very well built machine, so something is not set right because if you have the same screen monitor settings in both Media Manager & in Bogart, then you should be able to switch back & forth all day long and this not happen.
I have not seen one post about this happening on other S-6000 units. if there are any of you out there, now we need to know so it can get reported to Germany & fixed.

Franklin: I use GALILEO to back up my music and it works like a charm. All my music is on a different HD as a backup and if I lose something (so far no problem) I can always click 'RESTORE" on the ext. Galileo HD.

Franklin,
I use a S4100 and I have not had any issues going back and forth from Media Manager. Maybe you need to double check all of your settings on your monitors and equipment. Do you have any USB devices hooked up when doing this? Maybe corrupt files or cards or something else. This doesn't sound right to me either. Hope you can solve this problem, if so, let us know the outcome.
Thanks

Thanks to Joel, Lou,Rick and Jim,for your time to read my post and frustration !
I just deed I full install with Bogart 4.1g,but any way I just will use MM for encoding
to place my videos on Vimeo,I wont used for music files or any other function, and of
course I WILL START BACKUP every single day to just in case something happen
with my internal new hard drive.I dont think is the unit(I hope),I only use one monitor
settings to avoid any extra problem,Jim no connections or USB devices when s-6000 is
booting.
Thanks again friends !!!

Yeah, Roger's S4000 crashed just as he was setting up to edit the movie we shot at the MGT. Ken loaned them his S3000, and something happened halfway in that made Brenda start over just hours before the banquet. She finally got a rough cut up for us to see there.
