Choking on MOV files

Post by videojim »

Whenever I try to import even one MOV file, the screen goes black, and stays there. That was in media manager, and will try to import using the other method. Seems to help to remove the flash stick while the system resets. Any ideas on how to go about making the machine behave better with files it was (supposed to be) designed to take?

.MOV files are just wrappers. The actual content may not be compatible with the importation process. What camera was used?

.Try the Bogart side

.Uncheck the first clip in BOGART and try to import

.Lastly, using your PC, you can convert the .MOV files to compatible codecs that will import into BOGART. Use ANY VIDEO CONVERTER-locate via GOOGLE.
