can't see how this could be done with an S6000

I would appreciate it if someone has a process or technique for locking up sync between audio and video when they have been clap-synced would share it. If somebody does double system sound this way, and can manage this on ANY cassie, I'd like a step-by-step tutorial, please. Thanks!
