Went all over the macrosystem site and could not find ANY mention of a user's club for owners of Casablanca. How do I get information about the Casablanca Club, if that is the name? Thanks.

Hello Jim,
Club Casablanca is _the_ elite Club for Casablanca owners/enthusiasts.
I apologize for the lack of info you have found - my webmaster is working on that page today, as a matter of fact.
More info coming soon!
Regards,
Chet

Chet,
When you get the page up, post a link here, please. Thanks!

Is the Club Casablanca back on the website yet? I haven't had the chance to check for it. I am interested in joining.

When I clicked on the link marked "click here to join", it brought up MS office, and left me there. There was no form or anything else. Go try it.

It worked OK for me, even from the UK. Clicking the link brings up a blank addressed email to send. It is possible it just parked itself in your computer task bar.

Well, I didn't exactly know what to do with an addressed blank email. I was hoping I would see some way of paying online, an address to send checks to, etc. I did see the addressed email, but found it quite unhelpful.

Jim,
I am afraid to say I couldn't agree with you more. That email pop up is not at all intuitive! I expected this to be already taken care of but, since the 'buck stops here' I assume responsibility and apologize for the confusion and inconvenience you've dealt with on this issue.
I sent you (via email, off-list) the Club Casablanca enrollment form - which I will see it uploaded to our website
here early next week for other customers wishing to enroll in the Club.
Regards,
Chet
