a customer gave me a usb drive with pictures, all worked except 3, those 3 are 3.36 MB (3,531,185 bytes), almost twice the size of the other pictures. is there any way to get those 3 to work on my s4000?

When Photos are imported via PhotoTransfer to S-4000Pro there I experienced no limit in picture size,
except pictures are no "JPG"s.
I imported pics of 12MB from my DSLR-Cam without problems.
However if imported via PhotoStudio3 the limit is 8MB.

To clarify - while you can crop photos using Photo Studio 2, you have to be able to first successfully import them into PS2.
If they are not importing - which is what it sounds like you're dealing with here - I would recommend resizing them first and you'll have to use an external program/application. If you're using a Windows PC I would use Irfanview - if you're on a Mac you can use the Preview utility to resize so they will import into PS2.

Hope that helps.
