I am working on a project in 16:9. I wanted to add slow motion for 5 seconds with twixtor slow motion. i immediately get a black screen and the system crashes. i have to restart. tried a few times, but with the same result, unable to use twixtor. i had to revert to using the ordinary slow motion effect. another effect paid for and not possible to use.
s4100, bogart 4.5 c.
maybe someone has experienced this.

If you are in the progressive project it will crash. Mine works fine in interlace. Good News is that TWIXTOR will be updated to work in progressive.

As Lou pointed out the present Twixtor will not function while in a Progressive project.

I discovered a work-around, as you can momentarily change to an Interlace setting.
