I have a wedding to shoot new years eve and its going to be on the beach. There is no audio equipment there. They are planning on using a boom box/kareoke machine for their mic and for their music. I plan on using my mixer at the boom box and giving the pastor my wireless to the mixer and from the mixer to the boom box. I have ideas of patching the music from the boom box to my mixer. I plan on the mixer being close enough to my camera to use a wired connection to my camera. Does that sound reasonable? I don't do wedding very often so I am not as versed as i should be.

Can you rent a Zoom? Use that by the boom box. Keep the wireless on the officiant.
