Arabesk Sound?

New Karat w/ Arabesk 6. I have a SD project with 1 section about an hour long the the audio is perfect. The second part about 45 minutes long, the sync is off about 13 frames. I made a "scene/sample" and placed it below the original sound and muted the original sound. Using range, I moved the "sample" forward 13 frames and created the the storyboard. The audio is now in sync and plays back perfectly on the storyboard. When I burned a DVD of the project, there is NO sound on the second half of the project. I went back and made a "scene" of the second half and replaced the original video and sound sample. The DVD made from this modification now plays back as it should. Is this a known problem with this OS software and Arabesk 6? Not sure if this should be posted in Arabesk or questions, How to and tips.
