Hello! A while back I was trying to copy a disc by using the Arabesk "Read Disk" function. I just kept getting the message “error reading disc”. Now I’m trying to copy a different disc. When I put the disc in and click on “read Disc” in Arabesk after a few seconds I get the message “No AVCHD files found on the disc” This is a disc created and burned with Arabesk. MM used to have a “Copy Disc” function but since upgrading to Bogart 5 I can’t find it in the redesigned MM. I thought I figured out a way to import it into the archives and burn a copy but nothing would play it. Also when in “Play CD/DVD” in Media Manager if I click on “information” in the “more help” section, it tells me my disc has a video format of H.264/MPEG-4. If I burned this using Arabesk how could that be? I thought Arabesk burned AVCHD? If it is an MP4 no wonder Arabesk can’t read it, but I made it with Arabesk! I tried using different copies of the same disc. I had 4 but needed more and it was no longer rendered in Arabesk so I was just trying to “Read Disc” it back into Arabesk. All 4 discs had the same problem. And all 4 do play perfectly in my 2 Blu Ray players, and my PC. Windows itself can’t read the disc at all so trying to look at the format of the disc to confirm it is MP4 is not possible. I can only view it using Corel Win DVD. A program that came with my Toshiba laptop. What could be going on here? And do you have any suggestions?

How do I copy a Blu Ray disc authored with Arabesk either with Media Manager or Arabesk itself? Could this be a disc problem? I am using discs manufactured by Riteck. The stack of 50 I have are called "RiDATA". Arabesk burns them fine, they play fine, just can't seem to copy. I could probably copy using a third party's program but my cassie is supposed to be able to do this as far as I know. Suggestions??? Thanks for any help.

Do you have ARABESK 6? If so, there is a new feature that allows a replication. Let us know.
