MP3 recording on CD out of sequence

There is a problem when I use Bogart to transfer audio titles to MP3 on a CD. My selected order gets scrambled. Numbers 1, 2,3, 4 change to 3,1,5,2. A second burn might be 4,1,3,2. Is there any way to keep the correct sequence?
I'm transfering many files on the evolution of languare and they must be in order to make any sense. I know that It' is possible to make a single file, but the loss of chapters ruins the program for studies and accurate reference.
