Help!

I drastically need to clean out my titles that I have archived. I have some in there that I don't use and its slowing my work down. Can anyone tell me how I can delete some of them! I am editing on my Renommee still!

1-Click on the text icon
2-click on Enter/edit text
3-click on Archives
4-click on Delete
5-click on the one to delete
6-click OK
