I will soon be receiving a copy of Bogart for Windows Gold
I know that some Beta Testers out there follow this forum. I had heard a rumor that to run it properly I would need a PC with an i7 processor. I am wondering what the specs are for running this software.
Can I use an i5 or lower? How much memory is recommended? Will we be able to use the USB inputs to feed video in via a card or from a camera directly? If we wanted to feed video from other sources what type of video card would I need? S-Video or RCA jacks. Will a fire-wire card work with it?

- Casablanca Unit: S2000 with all software. I also have a Prestige that I used on my film transfer station. I have B4W loaded on a laptop. I have a S4000 Pro that I am going to trade in for a discount on software for my B4W setup. I even have my first Cassie, the AVIO that I am going to hook up. Not sure what I will use it for but I want to see it run again.

Re: Bogart for Windows
Jörg Sprave posted this to the Cassie Tips List on Feb 17th of this year:
The windows software is a major step for Casablanca. Now everybody can use Bogart. Free for 30 days, then between 30 and 300 Euros. Very competitive, and totally undemanding in terms of hardware. I run it on a cheap, old PC (2010) with an i3 processor, standard graphics. I think that Casablanca will make a serious difference on the PC market. I use it every day and love it.
