Photo Studio 2 - system crashes when try to use

I have an S4100 and have been trying to work with Photo Studio 2. I have imported photos by way of the CD tray but when I try then to go into Animation my S4100 continually crashes. I have deleted Photo Studio 2 in the Systems menu and then reactivated again but the problem continues. Does anyone have any suggestions to remedy the problem? Thanks in advance.

What Bogart are you on and which version of Photo Studio 2 ?

Never had any real problems with PS2 but recently I have had one guy, that although he's used it lots in the past with no issues, now finds that after launching PS2 hitting "any" button causes the whole system to crash.

He's not done any upgrades or changed anything (as far as he is aware).

Any other issues or suggestions on this would be useful if reported . . .
