S4100 Will not boot up completely

I posted an earlier question relating to the S4100 crashing when trying to use photo studio 2. After the last crash, the s4100 will not boot up all the way. I have unplugged it several times and each time it will start to boot up but then stop. I was working on a project on an external hard drive and I turned off the external drive with the hope that it might boot up to the internal drive but I have had no success. Any help anyone can give is desperately needed. Thanks.
