I have around 100 pictures on a usb drive, and when I try to download to my cassie, bogart 5.3, I can only get 2 or 3 pictures at a time to download, I try more, the cassie will turn off. Has anyone else had this problem?
I use photo-transfer to download the pictures.

Which version of Photo Transfer are you using and how large are the pictures ?

Photo-transfer 1.10

jpeg

2560x1680 and some pictures are smaller 720 pixels. Maybe it's the size, what's confusing is some will download and some won't.
thanks for your help
John

Well, that is the latest version.

We did get problems with .JPG & .JPEG - Cassie prefers the former.

Modern PC's don't really need the suffix anymore and therefore don't normally show them but they are still there !

Did you edit any of these images or are they straight from the camera ?

Sometimes, after being edited, the computer will add .JPEG instead of .JPG (you can check the properties of the image to see).

If this is the case why not change a couple and 'see' if they now import . . .

There used to be an issue with this, I don't know if it still is but If the images were anything less than 300ppi they would not load. I make it a habit to resize every image I load up to either 4x6 or 6x4 at 300 ppi jpg in Photo Shop. Have never had a problem with loading.
