Blu Ray disc won't play on X Box 1

Just wanted to make sure this is normal. I had heard (on this forum and from some clients) that a Blu Ray disc created by a Cassie machine is compatible with a Play Station 3. I just tried my first Blu Ray disc created by my Karat and it would not play in an X Box 1. It does play great on 2 regular Blu Ray players. I guess I just figured "Hey if it'll play on a Play Station 3 it should play on an X Box 1" So I was wondering if these BD- R disc will play on a Play Station 4 or an X Box 360. Anyone know? My guess is it'll play on both Play Stations but neither type of X Box.
