Arabesk 6 question

There is a button in Arabesk 6 in the Prepare Menu under Chapters that when you hit the Play arrow (to check your chapters) you get a move button and another one that when you hold your mouse over it says "additional info" and then you get "Halt at this Scene?" I can't seem to find a clue as to why it's there or what it does? Anyone ...
