Bluebox-which flavor?

who in here works with Blue box world? Mine is installed, and active, according to the settings chart. I just have 4 different kinds! For putting something against a green background, which one do I use, change chroma, or separate chroma? I figure move and mask rectangle are out, as options. Who knows?
